houseofpoppy.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
We do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind. In the event your order was received damaged or different to what you purchased, please notify us within 14 days of purchase at email@example.com and we will do our best to repair or replace your purchased item.
If a refund is agreed on, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of houseofpoppy.com.au.
